I would absolutely recommend 1st American Real Estate and Jeannine Di Guglielmo. We live out of state. We had a house that we needed to sell. It was a short sale. Jeannine walked us through the long frustrating process. She returned phone calls, and sent emails to keep us up to date. This is the second house that we have sold through this company. Should we ever move back to Northern Colorado we will contact Jeannine.

When my husband and I plus my two sons and their families decided to relocate to the Fort Collins/Loveland area, I contacted Jeannine. We discussed what the three families were looking for and what our requirements would be. Jeannine then proceeded to send us e-mail listing of appropriate properties. Over the President's Day weekend, as a famility unit we flew to Colorado to view the properties that we had previously selected. Jeannine arranged to take my husband and I and she arranged to have my son's and their families taken to view the properties. She spent the entire three day weekend with us. By the final day, my husband and I had made an offer on the house of our choice and my sons had pretty much decided on the homes of their choice. They wanted brand new homes and to either be next door to each other or just down the street. At first Jeannine was sceptical that this could be done, but in the end, she was able to work it out. My sons now live four doors down from each other and my husband and I are in our dream house. She was there for us every step of the way even though we were in another state. She kept us informed, made recommendations as to people to use to have the house inspected, mitigate the radon, etc. She was very professional throughout the entire transaction. In fact a couple of times I even called her on "non-real estate" issues, such as where to find a car wash and a recommendation for a hair dresser. No task was ever too big or too small for her. We would highly recommend Jeannine for any and all real estate needs.
